Marina
Our community is fortunate enough to have a marina for group moorage in the development and virtually at your doorstep in Farrington Cove.
- 1640 feet of seasonal and annual moorage dedicated to owners of property in Farrington Cove, currently with some availability for other local residents and invited guests
- 15 and 30 amp electrical service
- fresh water service
- minimum slip 20 feet/ minimum term 6 months
- boat launch at Madeira public ramp or next door at the Pender Harbour Resort
Check out the experience of living in Farrington Cove and the west coast gateway to some of the greatest cruising waters anywhere. Desolation Sound Marine Park, the white sands of Thormanby Island’s beaches, or simply explore the protected waters of Pender Harbour with over 160 km of beautiful shoreline.
Our marina is located in a small residential strata community within Garden Bay. The fit of non resident moorage clients with our community is important. For non-resident moorage, we prefer boats that are local or that are self-contained, respect our community and marina rules, and are environmentally responsible. Live aboard boaters are not permitted. We do not offer amenities of a commercial marina such as toilets, showers, or garbage disposal services. We do have power and water on the docks. Parking is available but limited to one car per boat at street level. Please be respectful of neighbouring boaters and the upland property owners’ wishes for quiet enjoyment of our beautiful setting is important.
