The Annual General Meeting for Farrington Cove Strata has been scheduled for Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 1:30pm. Due to Covid, our meeting will be held electronically using Zoom communication.

Notices for joining the meeting have been emailed to all lot owners of Farrington Cove. There will be a second notice with a full agenda prior to the meeting.

Contact the strata secretary for information or additional items to be added to the agenda. Please note motions must be received by the secretary no later than February 1, 2021 to be added to the agenda. Email to farringtoncove@gmail.com.

This past year has seen an increase in property sales and construction plans in Farrington and around the harbour. Unfortunately, the Covid crisis has kept many of us from getting together with our neighbours and enjoying the many appie gatherings on the dock and the fire pit. Somehow, the spinoff has resulted in increased real estate activity up and down the coast. More people have discovered our little piece of paradise and with the need to work from home, our community certainly brings a nice mix to life on the coast.

Hopefully, 2021 will see the vaccine roll out in time to bring the enjoyment of life with our community we have become to enjoy. Everyone stay safe and healthy and lets put this pandemic in the rear view mirror.
